Applications for Summer 2009
How do I get started?
Pick up an application at your school, click here to get the application online , or at CNY Works - 443 North Franklin Street.
What is the age cutoff date?
All youth must reach the age of 14 by May 20th, 2009. Those youth who reach the age of 25 before May 20th, 2009 are not eligible. Attend one of the employment fair dates listed on the application at any time between the times listed.

All you need to do is to bring the application (signed by a parent if under 18) to the OnCenter. Applications will not be accepted at any other time.
How long will I be at the Employment Fair?
Plan to be at the employment fair up to an hour and a half.
I went to the Employment Fair, now what?
A letter will be mailed to the address you provided on the application advising you to the next steps in the process, which would include orientation, or a postcard will be mailed to you that states we will not be extending the opportunity for you to work with us this summer, and to please review the informational page that was provided to you at the employment fair for jobs in your age range.
Are there eligibility requirements?
Yes, if you receive a letter to continue in the process, you must provide the following:
Proof of Income (paystub, SSI, Unemployment, Workers Compensation, etc.)
Working Permit (if under 18)
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Proof of Residence
Report Card - In-school youth ONLY
Documentation of a Disability - if applicable
