Local partners are working together to help community members learn how to access construction job opportunities in Central New York. No prior experience is required.

During the sessions, you will learn about:

• Job opportunities and qualifications for regional construction projects, including Micron and I-81.
• Step-by-step guidance on how to join a local construction union.
• Benefits of union membership.
• Available training programs and apprenticeship opportunities.
• Resume writing and interview strategies.
