BIDDERS' CONFERENCE regarding RFP will be held at CNY Works, 960 James Street, Syracuse, NY 13203 on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 1 PM.

QUESTION AND ANSWER:

Question 1: Can an individual bid or do they have to be a distinct business entity?
Answer 1: An individual can bid but, for the protection of both the individual and CNY Works, the individual will be required to create a distinct business entity (LLC or corporation) prior to executing the contract.
