The following positions will be interviewed for:

Maintenance Technician (RESIDENTIAL)
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum two years’ experience in
residential/facility maintenance
• Valid NYS driver’s license with no
restrictions or major infractions.
• Reliable vehicle for daily use
• Ability to operate all tools and equipment
related to facility maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
• Ability to successfully pass a
pre-employment drug screen.

Property Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum three years’ experience in
leasing/residential management.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience.
• Valid NYS driver’s license with no restrictions
or major infractions.
• Reliable vehicle for daily use
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
