Registration and Orientation
Registration at CNY Works consists of filling out a Customer Registration Packet provided by a Customer Service Consultant in our main lobby. Upon completion of the required forms, the staff will generate a registration card for you that is used to track services utilized at our facility.
Immediately following registration, you will be referred to a Service Consultant who will provide a brief overview of the services available at CNY Works. After conducting an initial assessment of your individual situation, the Service Consultant will make the appropriate referrals to agency resources that best fit your needs.
If the Service Consultant feels that more intensive services are required, you may then be referred to a Career Consultant who may assist with more concentrated job search preparation or re-training options.
